Casa Carmen Morelos offered a great experience during my recent stay for work. The rooms are well-designed and spacious, featuring modern amenities like a Nespresso machine. The breakfast was exceptional, with local flavors and varieties, including delicious memelitas and fresh fruit. The common outdoor area provided a welcoming atmosphere to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the staff truly stood out for their attentiveness, helping us with reservations and other needs, making our stay seamless.
The room lacked natural light, which could be improved.

beautiful courtyard, vibrant artisanal decorations, thoughtfully designed amenities
Traffic noise from the busy road was unbearable at times!!! Management could improve on communication and follow-through with guest requests. The lack of variety in meals was disappointing, especially for a boutique hotel experience!!! Be ready for a noisy nightlife.

Traffic noise could be distracting.

The staff went above and beyond to
make our stay memorable, always greeting us warmly upon arrival. I truly appreciated the personal touches, like the welcome mezcal. The hotel's design is gorgeous, but soundproofing could improve, as street noise was sometimes intrusive during late nights.

Relaxed ambiance with beautiful design.
My experience at Casa Carmen Morelos was less than ideal. Upon arrival, I struggled to locate the hotel as there were no visible signs or house numbers. The room next to ours faced a busy road, allowing noise from traffic to filter in, which disrupted our sleep. It was disappointing to pay for a luxury suite yet be exposed to constant disturbances.

the noise from the traffic was absolutely unbearable, no one seemed to care. the breakfast was delicious, but only one option? ! shocking. I really expected a complimentary upgrade or something special for my stay. clearly, I was mistaken thinking a boutique hotel lends better service. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't,

We had an amazing time with friends, enjoying the charming design and delicious breakfast, which was a fantastic start to our days. We loved exploring the historic center and visiting the local markets nearby. The team was super friendly, making our stay truly special.
However, our room lacked natural light, which made it feel a bit dark at times.

Absolutely loved the outdoor terrace with the hammock—so relaxing! Breakfast was out of this world, especially the local pastries. However, I did wish the room had a little more natural light. I'd definitely stay here again!
